Description:

This 1-day seminar will introduce attendees to the concept of “precision maintenance” reaching back to its origins in the United States space program. We’ll discuss vibration as the tie that binds most equipment failures and the several small details that can make or break rotating equipment performance at your facility.

Our hands-on and instructor led demonstrations focus on the four key areas of precision maintenance: assembly, balance, alignment, and lubrication. We will provide you and your team with several Ah-ha moments that will undoubtedly shine a light on the basic precision maintenance principles and skills that have been lost or forgotten at your facility for years, possibly generations.

We’ll wrap things up with a discussion focused on meeting your team where they are on their reliability and precision maintenance journey and provide suggestions for training, field implementation, success tracking, and sustainment.
